Acceptance of terms

By accessing the peplab.bio site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms.

Nature of the products

PepLab products are intended exclusively for scientific research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or any other clinical use. Details appear on product pages, in the disclaimer, and in related policies.

Account and orders

A customer account is not required. Orders are placed through the checkout form, with complete and accurate contact and delivery details. After placing an order you receive an order number; you will also receive a confirmation email if email sending is configured.

Payment

Currently, payment is made on delivery (cash on delivery). The total shown at checkout (products + shipping) is the amount you pay the courier, in lei (RON), upon receiving the parcel.

Confirmation and processing

Orders are generally processed in 1–2 business days, subject to stock. We reserve the right to contact the customer for clarifications or to cancel an order in case of incomplete data, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms.

Shipping

Delivery is made by courier within Romania, according to the shipping policy. Risks related to incorrect or incomplete addresses are described in the shipping policy.

Returns, disputes, and complaints

Return and refund conditions are detailed in the return policy. For disputes or complaints related to an order, contact us at [...], mentioning the order number. We will respond within a reasonable time and propose a solution depending on the situation (reshipment, return, cancellation, etc.), within the limits of the return policy and applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• the site is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability
• we are not responsible for use of products for purposes other than research
• our liability related to an order is limited to the value of that order

Intellectual property

Site content (texts, branding, layout) belongs to PepLab or its licensors and may not be reproduced without consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are resolved amicably; otherwise, by the competent courts in Romania.
